Twenty years ago, having an assistant meant status. Today, it means scale. Athena helps the world’s most ambitious people achieve more by pairing them with elite remote support. But the brand wasn’t keeping pace with the caliber of clients or candidates we were attracting.
I led copy and creative direction to relaunch the site with two goals: convert high-performing prospects and attract top-tier assistant talent. The new experience is built to create momentum and remove friction from the decision-making process.
Results: A stronger applicant pipeline, a faster sales cycle, and a brand that reflects the caliber of our service.
