yes Program

Early in my career, I launched the yes (young engineers support) Program at igus, a student donation initiative designed to get real engineering components into the hands of future innovators.

I took what began as a scrappy effort to support a few college programs and transformed it into a robust, multi-channel initiative. Under my lead, the program expanded to more than 200 colleges and universities across North America and became a parts sponsor for major robotics competitions, including FIRST and BEST. I led copy, creative direction, and business development, turning a small idea into a brand asset adopted by igus subsidiaries around the world.

Almost two decades later, the yes Program is still running, continuing to power the next generation of engineers.
