Art of Delegation Video Series

Delegation is a critical leadership skill, but it's misunderstood. Athena launched The Art of Delegation to reframe how leaders think about support, through the voices of leaders they trust.

I owned this cross-functional campaign from end to end. I developed the creative strategy, wrote all copy, managed two production companies, and coordinated shoots across the country. I traveled to select interviews, tracked every asset and relationship, and approved all videos for final release.

I also developed and executed our go-to-market plan, which included content kits, internal comms, and comprehensive social campaigns. I also led enablement across sales, LX, CX, and assistant training to ensure every video drove value across the business.

Results: A standout thought leadership series that drives organic engagement, supports sales and recruiting, and reframes delegation as a competitive edge.
